Bette Jones drew Unit Rig #201 for the front cover of their 1999 Annual Report. Rig #201 is the largest working land oil rig in the world. The last drawing in this group is what is know in the oil business as a “Christmas Tree.”
Southern Hills Country Club
Bette Jones accepted a commission by the Southern Hills Country Club to re-create the excitement of the 101st US Open Golf Tournament for exclusive gifts to be presented to their top executives. Her drawings were also transformed into note cards which are sold exclusively at the country club’s gift shop.
